What we collect
Account details you give us, what you watch and complete, what you post in the community, and the technical data your device sends when you use the service.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver the courses and the community, issue certificates and continuing education credit, and to contact you about the service.
Who we share it with
The processors that make the service work, such as payment, email, video and analytics providers. Each one goes here by name.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account, apart from records we are required by law to keep. Purchase and invoice records are kept for tax and accounting, and continuing education credit records are kept so the awarding body can verify them. Both are anonymised when an account is deleted.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, control who can contact you, and delete your account at any time.
