Delete your account
You can delete your DSD Online account, and the data held with it, at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Delete it yourself, in the app or on the web
This is instant and needs no one's help.
- Log in to DSD Online, in the app or at this website.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, send us the email address on the account and our team will handle it.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photo, bio and preferences
- Your course progress, lesson notes and saved list
- Your posts, comments, reactions and direct messages
- Your quiz attempts, points and level
- Your access to your certificates and to your CE credits
- Your registered devices, so the account stops receiving notifications
What is kept, with your name removed
- Purchase and invoice records. We are required to keep them for tax and accounting.
- Continuing education credit records, so the awarding body can still verify credit that was already issued.
Neither is linked to you once the account is gone. Both are held against an anonymous record. More detail is in our privacy policy.
