Welcome and the Why Behind AI-Powered Thinking

The foundational opening to the course. Brendon shares his background, what learners will walk away with, and why most people who've tried AI have walked away disappointed. He establishes the core frame of the entire course: automation is the floor, AI-Powered Thinking is the ceiling - and the order matters. This module is concepts only, no demos, no builds. By the end you understand the why behind everything that follows. Learning outcomes: Understand why most practice owners who tried AI walked away disappointed - and that the chat interface, not the AI itself, was the problem.
